The Oura Ring 4 is available in six finishes. Be sure to select your preferred finish when adding it to your cart.
Sizing is required to ensure optimal performance. We recommend wearing the ring on your index finger, but the middle or ring fingers also work well. In the use case your selected size does not fit when product is received, you may exchange your ring once for the correct ring size through Oura's customer support email.
