How can I redeem my pre-event gift?

Visit the HPE President's Club FY24 Store to redeem your pre-event gift by Friday, February 14th, 2025. Recipients can choose 2 gifts from Collection One or 1 gift from Collection Two. If there are more than two (2) items from Collection 1 or more than one (1) item from Collection 2 in the cart when checking out, the store will not let you proceed. Once the recipient has checked out and the order has been placed, the recipient will receive a confirmation number and email.


What happens if my gift is stuck in customs?

Should your gift encounter delays, customs may require the receiver to provide additional information or documentation in accordance with the guidelines of the respective countries involved. Our customer service team is readily available to aid with any customs-related delays, facilitating the submission of any required information from the shipper to guarantee the seamless delivery of all packages.

What happens if I reside in a DDU country?

For residents in a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) country, the shipping carrier will reach out to the champion to coordinate payment of duties and taxes either before or after the delivery. Failure to settle these duties and taxes may lead to the shipment being returned or abandoned.

Will I be billed for customs or taxes on my gift?

In countries where DDU is not applicable, recipients will not incur charges for duties and taxes.

DDU country residents will be accountable for their duties and taxes in accordance with specific guidelines and de minimis value (the threshold at which duties and taxes are billed) established by their corresponding country. DDU champions can use their HPE CC or submit reimbursement for payment of any duties and tax charges corresponding to their President's Club FY24 gift.

 

Why am I required to provide my legal name and contact information upon checkout?

It is imperative that champions provide accurate and complete shipping information as some international countries will require additional documentation in order to go through customs. Inaccurate or incomplete information could potentially lead to customs delays and the risk of a shipment being returned or abandoned.

 

If I cannot attend, do I still get a gift?

If you are unable to attend the program, you can still redeem your gift at the HPE President's Club FY24 Store! All gifts will be shipped to recipients who cannot attend after the program ends.

 

If I do not want my pre-event gift, am I able to donate it to a charity instead?

Yes, when visiting HPE President's Club FY24 Store you will have the option to donate your pre-event gift allowance to charity.

 

Can I choose the charity I donate my gift allowance to?

HPE has pre-selected a charity in Tenerife, Spain that your gift allowance will be donated to.

 

Can I claim the monetary donation as a tax deduction?

This donation will be on behalf of HPE and is unable to be claimed as a tax deduction by the champions.

 

Can my guest also redeem a gift?

Only one pre-event gift is offered to the awarded HPE Champion.

 

When can I expect to receive my gift?

Gifts will be shipped in March and with expected delivery in April. You will receive a tracking number once your gift has shipped.

 

Do I need to pay for my gift?

No, all event gifting is complimentary. Please be mindful of custom duties and fees.

* Recipients who reside in DDU countries must ensure that all shipping and contact information is accurate. International shipping carriers may contact DDU residents for additional information regarding customs, duties, and taxes.

 

Do I need to provide my credit card to redeem my gift?

No, you will not need to provide any credit card information to redeem your gift.

 

Who will see my personal information and address?

Your address and personal information will be secured and only used to support the shipment of your gift.

 

Will there be other gifts during the program?

Yes, you will receive other gifts throughout the program dates.

 

Can I pick up my gift in Tenerife, Spain?

Unfortunately, you cannot redeem your gift in Tenerife, Spain. However, we will ship all items prior to the program dates.

 

Can I change the items I selected?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept changes after the Friday, February 14th, 2025 deadline.

 

What if I miss the gifting window?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept orders after the Friday, February 14th, 2025 deadline.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can update your shipping address until Friday, February 14th, 2025. Please contact hpepresidentsclub@events.ext.hpe.com for any changes.

 

What happens if my gift is lost or damaged?

In the case that your package is lost, please contact hpepresidentsclub@events.ext.hpe.com immediately and we will work to find a solution.
